Abilities are running rampant
What was the point of nerfing all ability cooldowns, just to make it so everything is ability based?
Almost every PvP encounter is led with an ability being thrown out.
I can only wonder what the current state would look like if you didn't nerf ability cooldown by half.
It's crazy that people can throw grenades, melees, and class abilities every 20-30 seconds with builds.

If shotguns were more effective like they used to be and in air accuracy still existed the ability spam wouldn't be as bad.
