Destiny is dead.
So. I am level 29 I have absoloutley no desire to beat the raid on 30 it won't be a challenge with a full lvl 29 to 30 fire team and upgraded weps. And I'll just be doing the same old shitty raid I've beaten a good 6 times already. Put simply destiny's endgame is getting to level 30 and then the game ends.. Instead of beginning and that is destiny's true flaw. End game is just loot grinding nothing more nothing less and once you have the loot its gg. Fifa 15 came out today and its -blam!-ing brilliant everything the Devs said the game would have it has! And it exceeded my expectations. Well done ea. Unlike bungie giving you all suros regime which right now is the best PvP primary hands down. The game litteraly died this weekend and its just Lols watching bungie try to pretend they can rescue the game when its whole end game concept is completely limited. All gear.. No content. I hope you read this bungie and I'm dead serious the expansions you want to charge people for need to be free. If not. This game will die and you won't have jobs :).

2 RepliesI get what your saying to some degree and that's fine how you feel. Why not move on?. Why do you feel the need to come on here and post your displeasure if your done with it for now. Your comparing a fps and a sport, you don't really have point because they are not similar. EA made Titanfall and I think destiny beats Titanfall by a big margin because this game is more enjoyable and it has more to do. I hate these kinds of post because I have sift through them to find post that actually have good conversations. Not hating, but no one is going to feel bad for you, move and on that will be the end of it. If your trying to make this a conversation then ask peoples opinions or list how you would improve the game.

A few comments come to mind. - You complain about repetition, yet sports games are almost exactly the same year after year after year... you just buy new games to get new rosters and some one new feature like a "ball cam" or something. - A game can't "literally" die. - If all you're playing Destiny for is the loot - then you're right you're in the wrong place. More loot will be added as they add new events and new expansions, but it sounds just like folks in many other games across many other genres. Level cap is say 50, they hit 50 and trade the game in having "completed" it. Sounds like maybe this is your M.O. ?

Sorry but I prefer to keep sports out of my games. There's something about playing the virtual version of a game I can actually play outside, that's somewhat...well just stupid. I'd much rather float above a group of fallen and launch a supercharged bolt of antimatter out of my hand. Not to mention FUT is horrible, mundane and a waste of goddamned money. <--- IMHO.

Your narrow mindedness makes me cringe. Fifa 15, for one, is not an mmo therefore it has no additional content that can be added. Furthermore, it's a god damn sports game. How much -blam!-ing content do you expect in a sports game? Also, trying to pass off destiny as repetitive and then bring in a sports game isn't the smartest thing to do. You kick a ball around. For 90 god damn minutes (assuming Fifa follows standard game time and doesn't shorten it). Oh you can play as different teams and different game styles or what have you? Well shit I'll be damned. Different guns and different strikes. It'll never die because there will always be people willing to play it. For the same reason why maplestory, ragnarok online, and the like haven't died after being out for years. Destiny has nothing more to offer you. That's fine. Don't think that this would apply to the mass majority.

I know pve is a bit dry right now but they are changibg things slowly .. i mean actual loot from strikes should of been in since day 1 but.. The only thing stoppibg me from leveling up more is a lack of shards and people i can trust ti raid with ((i have not found the right clan yet as im uk based and usually only free weekdays)) . But people get diffrent things all the time some hate the pvp some hate the pvp .. but fund things to do ..if you cant just take a small break until the dlc arrives and see if that can get you going. I say take a simple break but even though this game is lacking alot right now i find it hard not to play :p

2 RepliesWell, with the 10 year lasting part, I believe talking about the Destiny series lasting 10 years not Destiny game. I inferred this through the 10 year publishing agreement they did with Activision Blizzard. Also with the expansions. Why are you mad about that? They don't need to be free for Destiny to survive, and there is no need to be mad at buying more content for Destiny (story, weapons, maps, etc.) That like buying DLC for COD or Borderlands. Both their DLC opens up more story, weapons, and maps, etc. I say let loose and enjoy the ride, because you can't judge something that just started. Wait until the end, then make your decision.

It even tops nearly every film ever made. Do u honestly think they are going to give us everything in the first 3 weeks. What's wrong with you. There are 9 planets in our solar system . If u read the grimor cards there are cards for the Astriod belt , Saturn and Jupiter. With nearly 35 moons between them. Plus all the other billions of galaxies and planets in the Univers. There is endless amount of stuff that they could en corporate In to the game. Stop being so bloody narrow minded. No game producer with ever satisfy all gamers. There will always be critics. Everyone is trying to compare this game to otheres. The whole point of this game is to be different. The grinding is supposed to be there. Have u not planed final fantasy spending days fighting the same ppl over and over agen to level up the characters. Just give bungie a break. They obviously have other big things in store. Upgrades , weapons , characters, subclasses etc. Cod is all about playing online get prestige as fast as possible what's different. Lol Just enjoy what they have to offer and wait for what is to come

Right, so let's evaluate what kind of player you are. So far you have played destiny a little over 6.5 hours per day for the past 18 days. That's 6.5 hours a day, every single day the game been released. That puts you at well above the average "core gamer" who, statistically, plays approximately 22 hours per week. I'm not the least bit surprised that you're burned out of something you do every single day for nearly 7 hours, I would be too. Give the heroic VoG a shot, and there is more content coming in a month, and then more after that. Each expansion is stated to have multiple missions, 1-2 new strikes, and a new raid; in other words there is plenty of content on the way. Most of the coming content would have been in the release version of destiny is Activision hadn't made Bungie release their game right months ahead of schedule because the fans "demanded it". I guess what I'm getting at is that this is obviously a great game, you have manages to fine stuff to do for 7 hours a day, across 18 straight days. More is coming, and for the average gamer there is already plenty of content to keep us busy.

You're an idiot hard Raid is easy? You're beyond stupid you have no re spawns on hard mode so shut your mouth even with a team full of 30s without the skill it doesn't matter so take a step back and look at the fact that you have no right to speak if your argument makes no sense
