Bug - Lost Encryption Bit/Code bug still exists
Console
PLATFORM: Xbox
ISSUE: I have all 15 Lost Encryption Bits and never received the Lost Encryption Code as stated in the previous bug fix
REPRO STEPS: Full inventory, loot all 9 region chests, collect all 6 piles of rubbish in Cysts
ACTUAL RESULT: Lost Encryption Code is not received
EXPECTED RESULT: Lost Encryption Code should be received
LINKS: d2checklist.com shows all 15 Lost Encryption Bits collected
NOTES: This was supposedly fixed in a previous patch but I have never received the Lost Encryption Code please help!

4 RepliesHi there, Thanks for reaching out! Please double-check that you've acquired all 15 Encryption Bits. If you haven’t acquired all of the Encryption Bits yet, make sure you’ve collected all region chests in the Pale Heart and searched all of the rubble piles in the Cyst activities. After you’ve interacted with all the intended chests and rubble piles, you should receive the Lost Encryption Code, regardless of the number of bits that have appeared in your inventory. If you're still having trouble, please make sure you've completed the Gilded Treasure and One Man's Trash triumphs. If the issue still persists, please take a screenshot or two showing the issue along with the 15 Encryption Bits and missing Lost Encryption Code and upload it to imgur, then send us the link. We'll be glad to pass it along to the developers for investigation.
