For one with the buffs, they have said they are working on fixing the UI for that (who knows when that is, hopefully soon) and I'm mainly saying some buffs can be cancelled on stacking if they count the same. Your thing with Radiant on Well seems good considering it basically already is, it just needs to work for GG. Other things like Tractor Cannon mixed with Tether for example could not stack as they are the same Weaken debuff from Void. Stacking Melting Point and Tether however would be fine as one is from Solar and the other is from Void.
Think its in TFS that we are getting the UI update. Though Melting Point doesn't exist anymore its Bungie's idea to make specific buffs and debuffs be exclusive to certain elements.(Not entirely a bad idea) Its also probably for technical reasons as we've seen before where too many buffs can cause buginess with buffs either not working or their timers breaking.
Highly recommend Dead Cells. The game is fun, hilarious with character interactions, and overall just a blast. My recommendation is trying to get the random tile set in the starting room to spawn the crossover room for Hotline Miami because that Baseball bat is stupid fun. Hard to make it work on bosses as it's best effect is on stunned targets and some can't be stunned, but overall really good.
After looking at some gameplay sidescroller roguelikes aren't really my thing. Though I do like Roboquest, Gunfire Reborn and weirdly enough Binding of Issac(mostly because I remember playing it back before a lot of the updates/expansions were put in the game).
Overall is me just wanting the game to be fun again. Ever since Season of the Deep (yes I enjoyed Lightfall as a whole), it just felt to me like the game has been getting less fun over and over again. New exotics being locked behind terrible rng minus Necrochasm but I haven't been able to do a raid since Forsaken, activities have become repetative or frustrating, and as a whole weaker than what it was before. I've taken multiple breaks from the game and still haven't seen much improvement most of the time.
The only exotics that have terrible RNG problems tend to be just the raid and dungeon exotics. I think why the game is becoming less fun isn't anything to even do with difficulty as I've seen some people on here claiming, its just that the game hasn't evolved in some major way like with Forsaken. The story has been pretty botched so Bungie can't really lean on that as a crutch to keep people engaged and the activities are just too samey because they are mostly just temporary and so get little effort put in. For instance Coil literally has no new arenas besides 1 for the Knight/Ogre boss, the rest are all reused DC areas. Bungie should really just do expansions and have seasons be like an added layer with the pass ranks and cosmetics with some small related event that rewards some seasonal weapons or something. Division 2 does seasons pretty well with quite minimal new content having events very frequently with rewards able to be earned from each. Bungie pretty much just needs to turn Destiny on its head again like Forsaken to really keep people engaged. Looking at that Pathfinder system gives me like the smallest inkling of hope that there'll be some big systematic changes to the game with TFS that breathe some life into the game at least for a good while.

Part of it for me on why I say the difficulty is a problem is based on my experience with difficulty vs reward. Most other games made something difficult to obtain fun to use and powerful. Think Anarchy when it first came out. That was a lot of fun to complete that dungeon despite it being quite difficult. If you got Anarchy to drop, then that was worth it. If not, then if feels like a waste of time for some. The newer dungeons of Duality, Spire, and GotD have felt that way to me ever since they made them have terrible drop rates. Along with that, Legend Lost Sectors and my 3 Master Lost Sector runs were evel less enjoyable. I'm constantly trying to be careful to not lose lives, but Bungie has that score system with the timer telling you to hurry up or you lose your extra lives. That feels like unfairly punishing the player for playing careful with the system you put in that causes that behavior. On top of that, Champs on harder difficulties have way too much health and way too fast of healing at times. I go to reload and they pop a shield or the overload debuff wears off and they are back to full health. Considering the drop rates in both activities, I very rarely have an exotic drop let alone one with an actual good stat roll. I honestly hate them doing all this RNG crap and throwing in a terrible drop rate. I would prefer them do a quest thing like they did with Grasp, Prophecy, Pit, and Shattered Throne. I just felt better knowing I was working towards something rather than just hoping the RNG gods bless me. Knowing my luck with anything, that is extremely rare. Also for those Master LS runs, common drop rate my -blam!-. If it was common, it would have dropped at least one of those attempts.
