I'll add 15 points to your house on account of your contrition. Honestly, if one B was the biggest failing I had in school, my family would've been over the moon, lol. It wasn't for lack of ability to get straight A's; it was that I found things I would rather be doing. In hindsight, I both regret that fact and don't know that my life would've turned out much different, either.

Fair enough 😂. I few hobbies and fewer friends I actually talk to, so I have lots of time to focus on school. My older brother is really book smart so I’m trying to not be a disappointment. Not that my parents are like that at all, it’s just my own anxiety. Fun stuff, really

What's wacky is that the things that I found boring and unworthy of my time in school are now steering the bus with me. I enjoy reading and have a compulsory habit of looking stuff up when I see something I don't know. In retrospect, "young me" was stupid and it took the better part of several decades to for me to realize it. I guess that's why parents always tell us, "Enjoy it while you can, these are the best days of your life." Know-it-alls.
