Dominion was a bad idea
Bungie, it feels really bad to have dominion all the time because it promotes so much well and bubble, there is ZERO reason the best supers for a point capture should ALSO be the fastest supers.

Nerf barricades and increase bubble and well charge time to same as arc staff.

2 RepliesI think it is a great change. I used to get decision paralysis, trying to decide what class to run. Now, there is no need. Just hop on bubble and say hi to Saint at the lighthouse.

1 ReplyI’ve actually warmed up to the game mode. I thought normal Elim was gonna be better hands down but I appreciate how much faster rounds are with Dominion and how it condenses the map in a way. The super regen rates need another pass though for sure

Until they have separate cooldowns for PvP and PvE, they’ll never get them right.

The real issues plaguing PVP is how prevalent Arc Titans are among good players. EDIT: If anything, Bubble and Well are less viable in Dominion due to the shorter rounds. Teams can't camp spawn for supers anymore. Before, teams would camp spawn during Rounds 1 and 2 for a super at the start of Round 3. Now, supers don't show up until Rounds 4 or 5, and no one can stay back and hide to abuse the fast-cooldown supers.

They're not hard to counter actually.

4 RepliesSingle use, single purpose, instant cast supers should have the fastest cooldown. That includes supers like Nova Bomb Vortex and the sorts.
