So I’ve been playing destiny aswell as destiny 2 since march 2016 and have constantly got the expansions everything till about 2018 mid July I just stopped playing the game for about 2 years nearly. My mate started playing it and wanted to do the new missions but when I went back on destiny 2 after the nearly two years, I noticed I was down all the way to light level 1100 and have lost everything I worked towards…. Surely bungie could give back all the stuff I’ve put my heart and soul into? Correct? So my question is, is it possible to actually get every single thing I use to have, which includes the taken king guns, taken outfits, strange coins, glimmer, etc….

D1 stuff did not transfer to D2...

If you just came back to D2, your power level was raised to 1100. Back when you had previously been playing, the maximum power level was below that. All the items you say you're missing are from D1, and no items from D1 transferred to D2.

4 RepliesHey, Can you clarify if you are talking about Destiny 1 or Destiny 2, you mention light level 1100 which indicates Destiny 2 but then you mention Taken King weapons that indicates Destiny 1. If it is Destiny 2 and you played on PC then, Destiny 2 migrated from Battle.net to Steam in 2019 and you had till December 1st 2020 to migrate it or else everything was lost. If you did not migrate then you have lost all your data.

1 ReplySomeone may have to correct me, but within the last few years Bungie transferred all data to Steam. I remember seeing an email saying that it was free to transfer and if I chose not to then my account would be deleted. Could that be something that has happened?
