I can imagine it being a strong Primary Option in a Fireteam, or at least a very fun one, since Malfeasance shots from other players also count towards the Explosion Counter. It's constant explosions, and those 50% buffed? Oh dear.

10 RepliesWell yeah hand cannons are Bungie’s favorite of course it is getting a buff. They neglect most other weapons. This is why of the top ten most used weapons in crucible only two are not a hand cannon or shotgun.

They use catalysts to buff weapons, so why not just add a catalyst
