Why the lfgs people request 10+ clears of a Raid?

Because they want to get it done fast They are not being toxic they most likely don’t have the time to teach

Ignore those types of requests. Start your own fireteam saying guidance and patience are required if you are new to raids.

How is it a hard concept to wrap your head around people wanting others to be experienced in an activity? Sorry we don't want to wipe 18x and spend 4 hours in a raid because your bad and feel entitled to be carried in a raid.
