Shatterdive can be used defensively and offensively to a high degree of success ffor both I might add. They slow on dodge. If you make the smart play to engage at range. They will slow you around corners sometimes freezing you. You cant super them because they have a shutdown super. The super denies the area for several seconds. Put on bakris and they have a total get out of jail card with a button press. Or stompees for shatterdive apeage. Beyond busted.
