To my knowledge I did not receive a notification of Destiny 2 moving platforms so I did not have the time you laid out for us to transfer accounts, so now I do not own the game nor the Downloadable packs from your game. I did not ask for you to delete my game and keep my money I used to purchase the game... I have a receipt of the game purchase and date. I do not feel like spending the money I have already paid again. I took a long 3 years break from the game to come back and see all of this stuff has happened. I have a life outside of video gaming and never worry about my games being deleted or not able to restore.
I need to be contacted by Bungie to help me resolve this issue, Plz and Ty.

2 RepliesEdited by ADragonWithin: 12/20/2020 4:48:02 AM
Beginning on December 1, 2020, at 9 AM PST, Blizzard's Battle.net accounts will no longer be available for users to log in with on Bungie.net or the Destiny Companion app, nor will users be able to create Bungie profiles using Battle.net credentials. What if I only have a Battle.net account linked? Users who only have a Battle.net account linked to their Bungie profile will be unable to access their profile beginning on December 1, 2020. Users who have other platform accounts linked to their Bungie profile will still be able to access their profile. For users to maintain access who only have a Battle.net account linked, they need to link a different platform account before 9 AM PST on December 1, 2020, by following our Bungie.net Profile: Account Creation, Linking, and Recovery article. Can I still migrate my Battle.net account to Steam? As a result of Battle.net accounts being unable to log into Bungie.net and the Destiny Companion app at 9 AM PST on December 1, 2020, PC Migration from Battle.net to Steam will no longer be available. Users who want to migrate their Destiny 2 account from Battle.net to Steam can do so on our PC Move page until 9 AM PST on December 1, 2020. PC MIGRATION Since moving to Steam, Destiny 2 players have been able to migrate their characters, licenses, and progress from Battle.net to Steam via a one-time transfer. This transfer process will no longer be available beginning December 1, 2020. Any Destiny 2 PC players who have not migrated their licenses and content from Battle.net to Steam will no longer be available to do so starting on December 1. Players in this state are encouraged to start our PC Migration process so they will not lose access to their Destiny 2 licenses and content.
2 RepliesHello, Unfortunately nothing can be done. The base game is free for all players, the DLC is not.

2 RepliesThey gave everyone over a year to migrate over to Steam. You missed the deadline. Bungie isn't going to do anything for you.

1 ReplyDid you also take a three year break from checking your email? You would have gotten multiple warnings from Blizzard as well.
