i used to have all forges now it says i only have volundr making it not possible to get izanagis quest done

As has been said, they are now a daily rotation. Rotation is Volundr-Gofannon-Izanami-Bergusia-repeat.

The forges were moved to a playlist that puts the 4 forges into a daily rotation. If you need a specific forge, then you will need to wait until that one is the designated forge as the daily.
