there are only 2 reasons one can be restricted from pvp activities, one is connection issues and the second is cheating/playing with a cheater. I am going to assume it is the former and post bungie's statement on connection restrictions along with their tips for improving the connection. [/Quote] It is not unfair for Bungie to restrict you because you have bad internet. What is unfair is that you feel your connection should be allowed to ruin other players enjoyment of the game. If you know your connection is slow/laggy/unstable, then do the courteous thing & refrain from those modes until you can make it non-laggy/stable.
