When Last Word arrives and I see a -blam!-ing complaint about "uuuuh, I have to play pvp for it" then I hope you guys never get it done.
PvP is not that hard. Nor will the quest be.
Remember caydes last will quest? The 25 HS weren't hard to manage, just annoying at least. And you know what? The solution here was to get a ok handcannon and do the fukn quest step. Did it annoy you? Yes. Did it broke you to play crucible? No.
So, when you guys have problems with last word in pvp, then maybe stop complaining and get your goddamn heads out of your butt and practice in pvp.
I did this once in D1 to get the crucible marks in Y1 for a gun I wanted. Since this time I'm decent in crucible as someone who was before mainly a pve player.
Just adapt, man.
Edit: I really hate my smartphone and its keyboard. So -blam!-ing annoying that thing.

2 RepliesSaid it before and will say it again .. I was having TLW in D1 and I did not use it, so it’s pretty clear I won’t use it in D2 .. but I guess Bungie would not make the quest for it too long since they probably want it for outbalancing Luna and not forgotten ^^

4 RepliesI don’t mind it, what I do mind is me jumping into quick play yesterday to complete some bounties and got matched against 6man clan fireteams FOUR matches in a row... The state of crucible at the moment also didn’t help.

The Last Word is a PVP weapon, I'm not happy about it, but I accept that PVP will be a requirement to acquiring it. Same with the Chaperone and Thorn ( when it makes it's inevitable return ). Ace of Spades was a storyline Exotic, PVP never should have been a requirement for acquiring something that Bungie said we'd get avenging Cayde's death. See the difference. It's all about expectations and marketing.

Im tired of them shoving Crucible down my throat. I hate crucible since d1 it has been the most unbalanced game mode ever. I wouldn't mind crucible but they always find a -blam!-ing way for us to jump in a game for a quest step etc.

The crucible step of the Ace of Spades quest was probably the quickest for me and I really suck at PvP, even my 6 year old son managed to get the head shots he needed to complete the quest! It actually wasn't as hard as I thought it would be! If the last word quest requires PvP then it requires it, just hope the gun it worth the pain!

As someone who tried the original version of cayde's will and lives with hand tremors, yes those specific parts that were changed were rather difficult.

Sh*t the thorn quest in D1 was more involved. Or to take it a step further, sitting around Mars waiting on a warsat that almost never showed up because of the taken boss being there 90% if the time, talk about wasting your time and frustration.

Last word was primarily a pvp used weapon in destiny 1 so people had better be expecting some sort of pvp requirement...

I hope the forum is full of hate posts regarding having to play PvP to get it. PvP is awful and should not have any loot that can only be obtained there. Then only people who enjoy PvP would play it. But who am I kidding they have to make the collectors play PvP otherwise it would just be sweats against sweats.
