I have a theory. But i may be wrong. It may be a spoiler so click on this at you’re own risk.
[spoiler]I think that nobody actually died when thanos snap his fingers. He could have just sent them to different universes/ realities. [/spoiler]

I don't think that's the case. This movie comes out a few months after the new Avengers movie so if I had to guess they'll bring everyone back in it so they can keep going with the other movies.

Its pretty easy to tell that this is pre-infinity war because he doesn't have the Nano suit.

Marvel said it takes place literally RIGHT after infinity war ends.... like a minute later. So you might be right
