I think telesto takes skill
Why is it even in the game. The thing is nuts you can’t push through corners you can get mapped from behind a wall. It makes the worst players good. Ruining comp

One of my favorite things to do is bait a corner or hallway. That way when you rush with your shotgun I pet my chicken and laugh as you die... Or I really enjoy shooting the ground next to a hunter and watching them shadestep into it, dying as they roll away... I agree with you. It does take skill. Just like closing gaps and shot gunning can require a bit of skill.

No. Any gun you can just pull the trigger and stuff dies take zero skill. You don't even have to aim. Heck, you don't even have to HIT them. Just leave around a corner as a trap. It really, really is easy mode.

2 RepliesIts definitely broken lol. It wouldn't be as bad if they moved it into the heavy slot. I ran a game of comp earlier against a 4 stack all running telestos, nova warp and ordnance mods lol. Still snacked them but it's a nuisance that it's a crutch weapon for bad kiddos

I rarely play PVP in this game unless req’d for a milestone reward or part of a quest. Having said this if I notice the lag is bad I switch to Telesto. It’s my way of trying to even the playing field. You can two tap me, don’t show up on radar so I can now 1HK you for the trade. You do what you have to do playing this game.

It's a trade gun. Every kill with telesto is a trade. Running telesto is a person's way of saying "I'm ok with only getting one kill per life."

If the bolts have more spread over longer ranges then it will be balanced. Right now it’s way to good to have at every respawn. No. I don’t like shotguns. I like fusions. It’s in the name yo.

1 ReplyI'm kind of ok with Telesto. Its a good solo player weapon to punish stacks with. I don't think one person using it is the problem. Its when stacks start to abuse the solo player cheese. Its OP but so is a lot of other stuff. But its accessible to all players who get the exotic to drop. I wouldn't touch it personally. If anything its the super long range shot it does that's the problem.

I’d rather use anything else to counter the shotgun rushes. It’s quite brain dead to use and it just feels cheap.
