Bungie ran out of sniper rifles, the community maxed out for the week.

I think they must have done mate. I already have the Sniper and it's maxed out to 72%, I was trying to help some friends and the PE's just wouldn't spawn. An hour tops I can wait but four hours, that's a piss take.

Out of curiousity, are you able to run oracles every week for blight?

You dont have to do all chests and oracles every week. Only once if u want to finish the catalyst. After u do the oracles one week and complete heroic u get the 36%, then u can skip the 5th chest and oracle chest and still get 32% each week. 36+32+32=100

You need to open every chest and complete a heroic version of the quest, once a week to get your 36%

Ya, I'm just asking if the chest after oracles counts for that after the first week.

Yeah buddy, the oracle chest is basically the 6th chest. It'll contribute 2% toward your catalyst.
