These numbers include D1 too, because 1 server bank for both games and an engine made in 1983 from Deejs old stove :))
Dying rapidly, and statistical analysts suggest the future wont see growth for the franchise, along with Candy crush, and that activision are already going all in on Black Ops 4 in 2018.
Search black ops 4 leak on youtube for info.
Bring on the fanboys
Don't play then
You try making a game
I enjoy it n think it's 11/10
Git gud
It's better than D1 at launch you can't compare it to a 3 yr old game
Wait till the dlc drops
They'll change things over the years
I love pvp
You're still using green guns
Lololol
Edit: Luke Smith says that because the majority who play, have hit level cap, it means people are sticking around, lololololol

Wait wasn't destiny tracker known to be highly inaccurate because.....those numbers plus your "view" of the future doesn't make much logical sense. There's something I'm really not getting at here and it's bugging me
-
I prefer the D2 pvp as well
-
3 RepliesMight want to wait for the 24th to give accurate doomsday numbers, since that's when the PC version can add more joy. Of course, I'm waiting for someone to say STEAM CAN'T EVEN TRACK D2 IT'S THAT LOW so I can laugh at them from Battle.net.
-
2 RepliesThe more casual players are already scooting, I've seen evidence of this on my friends list. The more hardcore are going to start moving soon when they give up on the frustrating RNG. It was frustrating in D1 too, but the difference is what you were suffering through RNG for. D1, a Gjallarhorn; D2, an appearance helmet.

2 RepliesHold up, you're using a 3rd party app that's notorious for not being able to track shit to track the number of people playing the game? Destiny Tracker doesn't work. End of story.
-
14 Replies
Bring on the fanboys
No.....bring on the educated. I don't think you know too much about statistics and forecasting. Your only sources are Destinytracker and YouTube, lol? Plus you're going by daily numbers and not the big picture.....
and statistical analysts suggest the future wont see growth for the franchise
Where is the actual data to back this up? And please don't say "search YouTube."
These numbers include D1 too
.....face palm.....Why would you include current daily numbers from D1? That game is done. I know you're just trying to troll and won't understand what I'm saying, but there is just so much dumb in this post; whether you're a fan or not.

7 RepliesEdited by Mr Awesome 0ne: 10/13/2017 5:27:04 PMSW Battle Front 2 in less than a month. Even more people will leave, I already have mine pre-ordered. I'm not even bashing D2, I enjoy D2, but the lackluster Iron Banner event this week really soured me on the game.

4 RepliesYou gonna make this post every day?
-
-blam!- really? My salt mines are being depleted!
-
Take a break from the game man kinda crazy that you’re that concerned over numbers
-
2 RepliesIt'll bounce back up every time new content is released, then slide again. The thing is, this is fine with Bungie- as long as people buy the xpacs and that bounce happens. We're not paying them a sub fee- whether or not people play between expansions is not really important. If Curse of Osiris comes out and people don't return/those numbers don't bounce back up again? That's when Bungie will get concerned.

Edited by Granite: 10/13/2017 6:32:37 PMThis is a pretty top tier bait. 8/8

That's Still a lot of people

3 RepliesYAY!.... only another 1.7 million or so to go till we get to D1 levels! XD

You're still using green guns
That one got me giggling! In D1, I ran one of my alternate accounts up just to the point of being allowed into Crucible. No heavy, no Super (shit, my subclass was barely even usable at that point). Intentionally used the first whites I was given. All white armor, and only Khvostov and some white special (don't recall which). Surprised the Hell out of me how good I did in those matches.

8 Repliesif you think black ops 4 will beat this game im sorry for you

5 RepliesEdited by Cryos Knight: 10/13/2017 5:49:46 PMSTOP USING A SINGLE DATA SET TO MAKE A CONCLUSION! Without anything to compare this graph to you cannot make any assumptions. If you are going to try to use data to prove a point do it correctly. Valid statistical evaluation is hard anything else is lying.

The reason I've been playing less is not because I'm losing interest, but because school is picking up now. I'm guessing that a lot of the community is in college or high school, so at this point in the year, there is less time for unimportant things like video games
-
3 RepliesHere's the thing that chart doesn't show. This missing piece of info is far more important than how many players logged on. How long did those players play? Did they log in, do a public event, and log off? Did they play a couple matches of Iron Banner, realize there was no point, and turn off the system? We don't know. I ask because that's been my habit when playing the worst sequel in the history of video games. I log in, make some progress toward my milestones, and log off. I play for a few hours a week (except this week, I tried to give the worst Iron Banner a chance, so I played more than this game deserves this week). This was not my habit with Destiny 1. I'd play for 4 hours or more every day. Some days, I'd play for 8 hours! I didn't have to, but I wanted to. It was fun! That sense of fun is totally missing from Destiny 2. It's gone.

1 ReplyEdited by ふしょくやくピザ: 10/13/2017 5:42:38 PMI just want pc to datamine what content was cut. Kek

I hate to say it - because I actually loved D1, but D2 really does blow. It got stale and boring farrrrrr too quick. I have no desire really to play. And honestly, D1 was much more challenging and rewarding in Vanilla.

15 RepliesWarframe just released a huge FREE update last night. There is already a clan for me. The PS4 Destiny Deserters Clan :) I would expect the slide to continue, given that Gothalion, on f the top Twitch streamser has basically been playing Fortnite, and anything but Destiny. I think at one point last night Cuphead had more viewers than Destiny 2. kinda tells the story
-
4 RepliesI love how OP already anticipated fanboy responses, well done
-
5 RepliesUpon second look at that chart, it appears that there is 1.9M players playing PVP and 1.8 players playing PVE. That is still 3.7M players total. The problem is we don't know how many D1 players there are, since this appears to include BOTH D1 and D2 players. My guess is that we can only expect the numbers to drop further as more and more casuals reach the endgame phase and start asking themselves why they should continue playing.

I played a little bit this week. Can't seem to play IB tho. The Overwatch Halloween event has it beat lol.

This is reality.
