Has anyone found a fix for-You require a linked ###Platforms.None### account in order to perform this action.
Cant redeem any engrams says account isnt linked, signed up using PSN account.

I am having the same problem. I have been linked since destiny. it worked before the patch and now it doesn't work at all.

Same problem here with Ps4 and Iphone. I didn't have any issues just a couple of days ago

I have the same issue. The only difference between today's error and redeeming a couple days ago, just fine, is that I updated my PS4 software this afternoon. I hope they can fix this before redemption dates expire, because I'd like those engrams, and also because this has affected a large number of people.....and that sure is a lot of unfulfilled advertisement.

Please fix this issue asap. It reflects poorly on bungie and rockstar and pop tarts and target all things I love :)

It's broken on Bungie's end. Has to be. I've tried redeeming my codes on Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, and Chrome. All get the same error ###Platforms.None### Starting to get mad. Its been broken since the update, and I've got 18 codes that are doing nothing for me. Bungie, Fix this please.

I have tested Internet Explorer, Chrome, and FireFox. Says you need an account linked. Gamer Tag - SLACKCHAIN I have already entered all the codes. I have 20 out of 32 XP Boost left to REDEEM. On the code history page where you click REDEEM to transfer to the postmaster used to give you an option for which platform. This no longer happens. NOW just this message [b]"This offer requires a linked Destiny account attached to your profile before you may redeem it. Please link a MS/Xbox Live Account or PSN Account that has played Destiny to this profile to proceed."[/b] Then when you click CONFIRM.. You get this message "[b]You require a linked ###Platforms.None### account in order to perform this action."[/b] I have only had this on Xbox Live account. Yes these match my account which I have redeem 12 of my 32 XP Boost. I paid good money for these, $1.74 EACH. It would be appreciated if you could fix this.

Same issue here. Took Kellog's a week to get back to me with my codes. Finally enter them in and Bungie decides my account isn't connected as if I don't use the app to manage my gear...

I just literally redeemed a code Monday with no issues. Whatever you did bunge-o, please fix this asap!

I'm having the same issue, I will be reporting it on my Youtube, Twitch, Twitter and other content creators page as a warning. I used Chrome with the same issue. People are spending too much money on items that don't work. Fix it!!!!

Same error here with Firefox. Logged in with PSN account to claim for same PSN account. My accounts have been linked for 175 days.

I'm getting this same error. Haven't been able to redeem a single code on Bungie.net. At least now I can stop drinking Rockstar energy drinks!

Also having this issue. Happens on every browser. This is happening for both the Rockstar Energy codes and the Kellogs Pop-Tart codes.

Same here, Using Chrome and Safari. I was able to redeem a Rockstar code 2 days ago, but can't now. Saying I'm not linked, while the previous screen clearly shows I'm signed in on PSN.
