Cant redeem any engrams says account isnt linked, signed up using PSN account.

1 ReplyI also seem to be having this error, even with a linked Xbox account. Only seems to effect Kellogg's and Rockstar. Under my Codes it says I redeemed the "Athena Victorious" from the Target promotion, but I cannot find it in Postmaster, Vault, or Eververse. As the title says, I redeemed the target pop tarts codes. One of the codes was for the Red Sparrow exclusive to target. The redemption seems to have gone through. When I check the code redemption history in my bungie.net account (or through the app) it shows the redemption. However, the Red Sparrow doesn't show up in the game. Note that I was one of the people who had a problem with the pop tarts xp booster codes as well. I redeemed those codes at the same time as I redeemed the code for the Sparrow (last Sunday). The xp booster has now shown up in game at my postmaster. But the Red Sparrow still has not shown up. Can someone from Bungie please help with this? You have apparently solved the issue with the pop tarts xp booster codes but you need to apply the same fix for the Red Sparrow redemption codes that came along with the xp booster codes.

Can confirm I didn't get the usual error everyone (including myself) was getting using Chrome on iOS. Won't be able to log into the game on PS4 until tomorrow morning EST timezone, hopefully I'll be able to collect the XP boost.

2 RepliesYes I was pretty frustrated when I got had this issue. The only fix I could find is to level up my character. I tried redeeming over and over again but the only time it worked was when I was around level 7! Hope this helps you

7 RepliesBungie - This appears to be a Java error not accepting a date and the error is causing a skip in validation that is preventing the recognition of accounts. Please fix this so that we don't have to wait an obnoxious amount of time to obtiain items... Bad enough that I had to wait a week for Kellogs to respond with the codes... now I have to wait on your system to verify that my account is linked (Which is how you have my gamer tag now mind you...so validation CHECK... but I get it you are trying to give the end user a place to select which system to utilize... How about we go back and edit that code. IF AccountsLinked = 1 THEN NEXT ELSE ...(Select account from list) END also how about we have our programmers for the site debug the site weekly (At the very least). Testing on multiple browsers and fixing their code to recognize when in one browser over the other and to process in accordance with that browser. Wont support? Just come out and say you don't know what you are doing, because any one the world can go online and learn how to do X Y Z if they had a single desire to do so... So lets be honest... you are forgetting words here... Bungie doesn't want to pay for someone that cares about site development... Fix your "at Function.n.toTimestamp" I should not have to wait half a week for the system to catch up with timestamps from days past! We love your product, we love the concepts... start executing!

Hey i just recently tried this and it was giving me the same problem. I went to my settings cleared my history and unblocked my pop ups and it was able to validate it. A pop up does appear and let you select the platform so maybe that is the problem.

I was having the same issue as everyone here and it was still not working today. But then I remembered destiny has a mobile app so I decided to try it on that. So I tried it and it worked got in game and my rare encrypted engram was waiting for me at the postman
