Lobby full green bars but teleporting?
Experiencing lobbies where players are lagging so badly they are teleporting, yet they are green bar. Their fist of havoc kills me before their animation. They can shadestep snipe before the sidestep animation is even complete. Why are they green bar if they have such poor connections?

Lag-latency is the problem here. Now its either them or you (you might actually lag and not them.Green connections can also be laggy sometimes btw).
