I joined a group where the fireteam leader had the same requirements listed in this post. The guy died three times and owned up to his mistakes, then booted himself out of his own LFG group. Mad respect. He was thrash anyways.

When I post on LFG I normally write "LFG, this means I am looking to JOIN a group not to start one, experienced team please, no kids, no friend requests, message me here" Next thing I get is someone messaging me "add me", or "400 titan, inv" and the best of all is the person who sends me a friend requests directly... So if people can't even grasp basic concepts and understand basic English I rather not raid with them tbh. The guy you referred in your post had very clear requirements, but I bet you he still got people sending him friend requests etc. The only thing I wouldnt agree with is if the guy asking for these requirement doesnt meet the requirements himself.

My requirements lately have been: Must have 1,000,000 grimoire score, infinite ELO, the winning lottery nbers, and Jennifer Lawrence's phone number. All the teams I've gotten with these requirements have been excellent. Didn't get Jennifer's number, though.

I got kicked for not having Crotas Challenge emblem, so I joined a new team and told em I did have emblem but it was on another character and I couldn't transfer it, completed the raid with the least deaths or cause of wipes and 2 phased Crota with ease(I was first sword bearer and took him under half) completed the raid easily So again need emblem? More like " you must have emblem as I'm looking to be carried through the raid"

2 RepliesI honestly look for posts like these with requirements. I've found a much higher success rate in teams looking for requirements, then there are in the "add and join" posts. No one likes wasting their one day off trying to complete one raid. I've got a family, a full time job, a part time job, and training to balance. If I'm lucky enough to get some time to play I'd rather complete something, rather then dick around in a raid waiting for the team to get themselves together enough to finish. There's no worse feeling then finally finding the time to get in to destiny, hopeful to get that new armor drop (or whatever) and not even getting a drop because the team couldn't complete. Simply just time wasted at that point. :/
