You shouldn't need the disk version at all if you have the digital copy. If the game was first installed on your system with the disk then that would be the problem even if you bought the DLCs digitally (that's what I did and none of it will work unless I have the game disk in there). I'd say just let this post sit for 24 hours. At some point within that time someone from Bungie will help you.
