When you are light level 400 all drops that can be 400 light will be 400 light
See title. Great change by bungie. I just wish they would have announced this earlier (patch notes...?) so i wouldve known not to open all my exotic engrams at 399.
At 399, 80% of my exotic engram decryptions were also 399 (i opened like 20 of them at this level because I didn't know -_-). At 400, they have all been 400. Hard mode raid drops were also all 400 at 400 light (note that normal mode raid drops max at 385).
