It just continuously gets worse.
Since the early release I have yet to have 1 match playing on a daily basis that even started the Horde mode with a full roster. Most of the time it's 4, then by round 20 it's me & 1 other guy.

It's why you got to get a group. I got buddies that run it daily all the way through. They are now working on the insane difficulty. Apparently makes you want to pull your hair out!

Unfortunately 90% of the people I know are all on PS4 so I don't really play in groups on the XB One so I'll be stuck with randoms.

A lot of people drop at 20 cuz the bounty, it's really annoying. I've managed to get full lobbies consistently, but they rarely make it past 21

Yea I understood why they did it, it's just so incredibly annoying. I'm jealous that you at least get full lobbies though. Like I said I play on a near daily basis and haven't started with a full lobby since BEFORE the game officially launched. I think the highest we've made it was about 35 or so (which ended up being me & 2 others after the otehrs dropped). We hit that & then the other 2 finally bounced, leaving me to do it myself so I just quit after I died.
