Dear (select few) Omingul farmers.
So this happened. Running random strikes and Omni pops. Not a word from the other 2 the entire strike until after I ran through the ogre part into the first room. I cleared all the trash minus a Knight when I get a party invite. I accept and immediately I'm getting yelled at. I chose not to respond until they calmed down. They're upset because they wanted to farm her, and then asked me if I had autism because I went to the boss room.
(Which I do not take as in insult. I've taught autistic kids and some of them are smarter than most adults Ive met and they tend to find the more efficient way to do stuff. Of course that depends on where in the spectrum they fall.)
I then told them that she can be farmed on normal and maybe they should have said something to me before we got there and or get a 3rd they know instead of expecting a random to read their minds. They told me to solo her and they were gonna sit back and waste my time. I said OK. Used my sidearm and took my sweet time. They ended up leaving when she was about 10%. I laughed and finished the strike. They could have avoided the whole ordeal if they would have said something from the start. Heck I would of gladly left. Communication is key. Meanwhile I feel like a badass for the solo kill. Good luck out there and try to remember to be nice lol.
Edit 1. Thank you for everyone that understood my perspective on this situation. That the focul point wasn't that I had anything against farming but that simply talking could have prevented grief on both sides. And much respect for the positive understanding of autism. If any of you happen to be on Xbox-one please feel free to friend request me or even a clan invite would be appreciated. HFGL

I farmed it for three hours with a guy when had aspbergers and we were fine. He was hilarious 😂😂😂😂

Well handled. I hate cheesers. On a side note, my fireteam of three leaves this strike every time it comes up on the playlist. Omnigul is way too much of a bullet sponge and every damn enemy in there is arc.

Badass!!! Yeah.... And with a side arm none the less. Sounds like we would make a good fire team... I kept shaking my head the entire time I read your post... Sometimes friendly fire option would be nice. Plenty of times I have wanted to gally an idiot. And to think Autism was supposed to be a put down... We know who the true mentally challenged are :)

I wish you would name and shame. My autistic boy would invite them to a private match and teabag one dead ghost while killing the other guy on the way to wiping them out. I love the new trend with the use of autistic. Its use to decribe ignorance. But autism is just a social disorder created by other syndromes that make it hard for someone to effectively function in social situations

I've tried with two randoms in the Heroic and you were right. The one guy didnt have a mic but he messaged right at the begin of the strike. Set things up early. Just too bad they didnt have high enough light levels

I would just say if you're looking to farm a strike get a fireteam of 3 and then you wont have to worry about a random messing up your farming run.
