Shoulder Charge is OP
Its literally not even hard to master and abuse. Its not that hard to aim and it has no cooldowns. Plus its a one hit kill.

Don't forget that its been out since day one and bog surprise, no nerfs. You probably use a sniper a lot but try a shotgun and you'll be fine. (Pats back)

Not any harder to use than a shotgun. Which have no cooldowns (SC instead has a charge up time) and you don't have to worry about ammo if you run invective or the remote. 'cept shotguns can get more kills faster, you can do it from stealth, and can easily counter Shoulder charge. Personal I counter SC with a Fusion Rifle. The Thesan has served me well at hosing Titans down.

And its not that hard to avoid//Kill it's user, I shotgunned someone in a salvage today who was spamming the math with shoulder charge and I kept shotgunning him every time he does it until he stopped and realized I knew how to avoid it.

Edited by queenmeeny77: 7/31/2016 12:32:58 PMIt requires a sprint charge so there is a cooldown, and I would recommend you build a titan and run a few matches with it before you call it OP. It's kind of like jumping off a building and hoping you land on a guy so you live, but more than half the time the guy moves and you splat. It's incredibly high risk, and truly only works once or twice against a good set of players before they change tactics on you. Juggernaut is way more effective for K/D. That being said they could tune down the tracking a bit, and it wouldn't destroy the class to have it take up a melee charge since we have exotics that will double it (but it would make it less fun to play). As I said below, this wasn't an issue pre-April, but taking away sticky mines and throwing knives from the elite class means there are a lot of salty hunters playing titans out there SC everything because misery loves company.

Easy counter to shoulder charge is shotgun/high armor lmao are you new to this game? As a hunter main i apologise to titans for this huntard getting out of his cage, if i had my way i would gather all huntards, crytans, whorlocks and line them up on the wall so we can mass mute them.

It's the same idiot talking about the same shit. I use Shoulder Charge in PvE so git gud or git rekt! OR...just stay out of the crucible. No wonder people are disgusted with hunters...it's because of people like you!

Being on the recieving end of a SC is annoying for sure, but iv seen people counter me plently of times with shotguns for example, also what could they do to nerf it? If they made it not a 1 shot it would be ruined and pointless

Go play a game and get more than 10 kills with shoulder charge without dying and I'll believe it's overpowered. Oh and do that on a consistent basis. Like 1 in every 3 games

6 RepliesUse a shotgun. Also, how can you know that it's "OP" if you've never even used it? Maybe you just rush too much and get charged because rushing against Striker Titans is usually a very bad decision. Did you ever think about that, chum?
