Would a simple morning routine of push-ups and such work? Or should I start going to the gym?
Oh, and just for clarification, I'm not fat, I'm skinny.

Go ride a bycicle every morning for 2 hours or jog for 1 hour every morning before breakfast. Eat lots of protein stay away from fatty food but most importantly enjoy life.

1 ReplyGyms are good. You'd probably get more results from going to the gym than working out at home unless you have some equipment at home or know some good exercises that don't require weights. Push-ups are a start but you're probably gonna need more than that.

Just do exercises in the mornings and at night for about and hour and a half at a time. Push ups, running, squats, sit ups, and stretching will get you in really good shape.
