Crucible w/o tlw & thorn
This game is great without the 2 guns in the game. Lately i have been noticing people come off the meta and the games are really enjoyable.I wish more people in the community would stop being a tryhard in a game with auto aim

I was in a control match today with people using mostly auto rifles. I'd guess they'd want to get used to the guns. Which certainly makes sense. I've even started using my sniper rifle, instead of my shotgun, and I'm just starting to see results now, which is nice.

I used to use the TLW/Thorn to obviously counter the other roughly 50% of players that used them. But with the wider variety of weapons being used now I haven't used anything but JuJu and Hopscotch for several days.

I found that i stopped using TLW and Hawkmoon once i got the ram because now i can survive those half a frame TLW kills and the burning death of thorn. Its allowed me to try out different guns and find ones that i like that wont be nerffed into the ground like handcannons are being done.

Hey, I was going to post something about that too. I thought it was just me but yeah lately in skirmish at least there's less and less of those two weapons. The nice thing is, once those are out, you see players using an assortment of other weapons, even assault rifles.

If you look at my stats the only reason I use my last word a lot is because I carry a lot in trials so I need a powerful weapon to help carry. I know I'm still going to get called a scrub but I'm really just trying to help. Usually when I'm not carrying I use Mida or Allfate

For me there hasn't been a game with no guardian using TLW or Thorn. Always at least 1-2. -_-

I've noticed a rise in Vision of Confluence and Mida usage. it's ok I guess, I miss the challenge of killing a thorn or last word user

2 RepliesMida is pretty beast as long as you can strafe and outmaneuver your opponents. I've had some great games with it at least and I consider myself a slightly above average PvP player.

As soon as those 2 are nerfed people will just switch to whatever the next op weapon is. My bet is Suros, Hardlight, and Necro if they buff the auto rifle damage too much. If not 2 burst pulses or high impact scouts. Although the break from TLW and Thorn will be a relief, even when the next OP thing arises at least it will be something new and I won't be sick of getting killed by them for a month or so.

6 RepliesUse hawkmoon regularly. Got bored ans used tlw than realized just how op the gun is. It requires no skill whatsoever. Killing people was so damn easy

You don't need to try with those guns and everyone else is using bad guns.

Haven't noticed any big changes yet. Almost every match I start has half TLW and Thorns.. Doesn't affect me at all when I play mid range with a pulse rifle.

I've been using the allfate a lot. But if I get in a lobby with a bunch of tryhards I'll throw on TLW.
