Yep but you don't have in your -blam!-ing Battlefield :
elemental damage, poison damage, damage over time, arc grenades, void spheres and many things else...
Elemental damage is irrelevant, it doesn't make weapons unbalanced. Poison damage = damage over time, and that excists in Battlefield in form of burn damage (incindenary grenades). Void spheres? Irrelevant, again, but has its' counterpart= Flare and Incindinary grenade. Many things else? And what would that be?

In battlefield you start with the strongest overall weapons- from there it takes skill and knowledge to use the weapons. You can litterally obliterate anyone that is over rank 100 without breaking a sweat - using NOTHING but your first weapons. Go on to the forums and ask people what they think of the AK12. Are you kidding? Of course a burn grenade isn't a bullet with poison, but both does DoT you mentally challenged sausage. Regardless, you don't even need dot in Battlefield, cus if you can aim, you can kill.

Last battlefield i try was 4... And its true new players are underpowered

Underpowered? Not even slightly. Suffering from lack of equipment, yes, for about an hour of game time. I've played Battlefield since Dice made Battlefield 1942. I know my way around the game. I know exactly what's fair and what's not. TLDR: Bungie's balancing is a joke, and Dice accomplished weapon/ability balance with far more components.
