Have you gotten a faction-exclusive shader yet?
Have you received a faction-exclusive shader from New Monarchy/FWC/Dead Orbit? If so, what level were you when you recieved it?
Personally I'm lvl16 New Monarchy, still no shader ; w ;

I have 2 bitter steel from Dead Orbit but not sure what level I was.Yesterday I got The Hanged Man from Dead Orbit when I hit level 27.It looks awesome on my titan.

28 with FWC: Nineveh x2, Babylon x2, Carthage 18/19 and 15/16 with DO on two characters: Bittersteel, Revenant Only got to 4 with New Monarchy before I either back to DO on my Titan.

I'm lvl 12 or 13 (ish) with New Monarchy on my Titan and already got Amalthea and Nefirtiti (or however you spell it). Not sure when they happen, but it was all within the last 3-4 levels. Around lvl 14 or so with Dead Orbit on my warlock and got Hanged Man a few levels ago. I actually got that shader the same day I got my 2nd New Monarchy shader. It was a pretty good day.

Level 26 or maybe 27 Dead Orbit and only got The Hanged Man at rank 20. Level 14-18 on NM and FWC and haven't gotten anything good, got Red Hand tho at like rank 7

Level 21 Dead Orbit and have gotten 2 shaders and the ship.

I have horrible luck with Shaders. I have well over 1000 hours in the game and literally got my first Frostfire shader last night from a Cryptarch package (at rank 76) and I'm still missing Arctic Proxy. So I doubt that I'll ever get a Faction shader with my luck.

I've gotten one shader from Dead Orbit. I think I had a combined Dead Orbit rank of 16 to 18 but it dropped on a character that hit rank 9. The awesome part? Only one shader, but it was reverent.
