Games with actual low drop rates
I see everyone complaining about running crota six times and not getting crux... Not getting the exotic they want every week.. Remind these people of games from the past that had ACTUAL low drop rates.
For you runescape players out there, how many clues did you do and get nothing?
How long did you have to raid on WOW to get anything at all?
It could be much worse guys, remember that.

agree but think what I dont like is that game is rng if it was like in archlord wow or other games when u have to farm certain enemies to get think what u want I will enjoy it more than now where I releveled my hunter 9 times just to get 1 -blam!-ing chest piece and you know what I still dont -blam!-ing have it

Runescape wasn't bad at all. Content wasn't locked out weekly for bosses like Vorago. Even if you couldn't get that SGS hilt you were still making money looking for it.

11 RepliesLast clue I did on Runescape awarded me 17 mil coins. Though this was like two years ago or a year ago. I remember farming that end game boss on Borderlands that's supposed to be the hardest thing ever with all the tentacles for like 3 hours just for the one customization item or whatever.

10 RepliesIt would actually be cool if there was one tear higher than exotic with drop rates super, super, super low. Could only equip one on the whole character or something. So rare that you don't really even hope for one.

Metin2 by Gameforge. Kill 100 mobs for 0.1% exp to level up. And that's only early in the game. Find a chest or something, chance to either get trash, nothing. Very low chance like 1% to get something good. The chest drop is a low chance too.

9 RepliesYeah, I remember the grind for legendaries in Borderlands being WAY tougher. Even though you could try as often as you'd like each week I still hardly ever got what u want without some modded guy handing it to me (removing the fun of the hunt). Whereas in Destiny, I have almost everything I want. No crux yet, but I wasn't really expecting it just after 6 completions either..

Xur quells the rage for the most part so remember that too. Im approaching 6 months with no vex. Time is key. No other non mmo game is even close to that stingy. Destiny is not an mmo. Some elements may be similar but its not one. Destiny is pretty bad in this regard. Ive put more time into Destiny than 95% of all the games ive ever played. Doing every single thing in FFX, or any Disgaea game. Hell even doing my halo weapons in Ragnarok Odyssey takes less time. Even in diablo i could get my hands on gear easier. It may not be a good roll but still found it. Destiny doesnt have weapon rolls for exotics. I just have to find it and i can not after 700+ hours of play....Thats pathetically bad. Good luck trying to actually get good faction weapons. 6 months in and ive only received a handful of them from my fwc packages and only one is semi decent, worth keeping. No faction ship, only one shader. Yeah Destiny is bad.
