31s in ce hm is the same as 28s in vog hm
no one with any class or skill ran with 28s in a serious raid attempt

Everyone who is 32 is going to run 32s then a few days later you will see a lot of mixed lvls as the 32 will pass down the hard group experience. You dont send in the weak to battle if you want to win the raid.

My first hard raid was at level 28. Was it a good experience? Hell no. The fact is that by now you can easily be level 32 even if you only have one guardian. If you are doing the hard raid today you will want to roll with a full set of 32s as you are going to want the players who know the raid the best.

Me and my team used to run hard vault with 28s for fun, doesn't mean we had no skill in fact quite the opposite *also some of us don't have much luck with RNG and can't hit 32 yet

I'm a casual with 3 32's. I'll be attempting it.

I have played the raid every week since it was available, I've gotten lots of gauntlets and legs no chest or head armor yet. Just because I'm not lvl 32 just means I have horrible luck with armor. But I do have ghorn and thunderlord and ice breaker all the bounty weapons all from random chance.

I'll be doing hard in my 31 Titan. Casual? Nope got the raid gear I need to be 32 just need the shards. Already got a 32 hunter. I have 2 hunters because I don't like warlock but the second hunter has yet to get me a second set of raid gear only shards kind of a bummer

Once I've run it with my 32, I'll give it a try with a 31 and decide within 30 seconds whether I'll continue or not. If the first stage is possible then I'll continue and see how it pans out. The Hive are a lot less accurate than the Vex so avoiding taking any damage is a lot easier in this raid than the VoG.
