Rather have Xur gone or not?
Edit: If I could change xur I would make it so that you can buy a ticket which lets you role for an exotic bounty. The bounty will be random for everybody but you can only get one per week.

I got patience and time from crucible and xur. I wanted suros regime, bought armamentarium week before, and I couldn't get suros regime. My friend got suros regime for his first in the vault of glass. I just use xur to catch up to my level 29 and 30 friends.

Due to how bad the loot drop system is Xur is an essential part of the players experience. Without Xur the majority of the community would not have exotics apart from the ones you get from doing the bounties. Now excuse my language for the next part but anyone who argues to get rid of Xur is a selfish mother-blam!-er. If you get your exotic through a random drop you have done nothing special to get that weapon. You are no more deserving of that weapon than any other player. Nightfall is a prime example of this. In Nightfall you have a chance of obtaining a random exotic weapon or armour. Multiple times where my lower level titan has been carried through Nightfall by my friends and I have got the exotic and they have got legendary weapons, shards, energy or coins. The loot system is simply not fair at all and all down to luck and chance. Xur eliminates the aspect of chance and luck by allowing you to buy weapons with a currency you earn (most of the time). Keep Xur.

JUST INCREASE HIS PRICES TO 50, 40, AND 30 STRANGE COINS. THESE PRICES WILL BE FOR PRIMARY, SPECIAL, AND HEAVY WEAPONS :)

Every exotic I own has been a bounty or bought...never had I got an exotic from a leg engram, a drop, a chest, the raid. ..etc. ive done countless strikes and decoded plenty of legendarys and soloed every nightfall but never one exotic. horrible luck with them but ive been lucky elsewhere. ..(have a light beware in every element for example)...all dropped and found exotics are luck...take the luck out and make every1 perform certain tasks to aquire ALL of them. Until then xur is necessary.

Well honestly I used to dread TLW being sold especially when I got it this past Wednesday from the nightfall and I saw he was selling it like "-blam!- I just got my last word and its gonna be nerfed..." But then going into crucible either A. I have some lucky servers were not everyone's running it or B. It's just not being used as much as I thought it would or C. People didn't have the patience to unlock the perfect balance perk and realize that's when it becomes beast and said this gun sucks and went back to their SUROS

I dont want him gone but i think his inventory should be more expensive. Either that and/or have him show up once a month or every 2weeks or so.

I wish he would sell exotic weapon engrams and you can only buy 1 per week. This would make it so not everybody is running around with the same weapons

Why is it a guy who barely plays this game and doesn't care about it could get a Last Word from going 0-7 AFK in the crucible, but it's stupid for me to do the hardest 2 strikes in the game every week to try and buy elite level weapons and armor. And there's no trading system, so when you say "worth nothing" you're basically saying bragging rights are your main value to having an exotic. Basically all you care about is getting cocky, telling your friends you got an item randomly?

I would not complain if he also sold maybe Legendary Engrams too. You know, to help out those who hate crucible, but would like a chance at crucible weapons and hate being restrained to vanguard. I know you can rank up factions to get weapons, but it would just be a nice gesture to PvE only players.
