You would need to provide video or screenshot evidence showing that the ornaments were unlocked on that account in the past but are currently locked for Bungie to investigate.

Wouldn't they just be able to tell where all the Filaments were spent? I would have thought screen shots wouldn't' cut it, even if I had the hindsight to catalogue every unlock.

Edited by viiTactiiCZz: 11/29/2025 10:59:17 PMThey aren't going to go digging through logs unless someone can show that they actually had things go missing. Did you buy Synthweave from Eververse? cause numbers wise, for example with your Titan, if you didn't buy a load of them and use them on that class then you'd be missing a lot of unlocks purely because of how little Synthweave you actually got for free and the fact there are almost a thousand individual pieces of armor not including the pre-existing ornaments from EV, season passes, or events. You have ~560 individual pieces of armor unlocked in collections for your Titan. If we say you bought 0 Synthweave (you can see here if you did) and only did the free Synthweave, that based on roughly the 10 cap per season from Season 14 onwards, and you not playing that much during TFS where they increased it a bit, would give you around 140-160 Synthweave; maybe 170 if we're being generous and say you did the bounties and nothing else at the times you did play TFS. That's less than a third of the individual pieces you have unlocked in your collections if you did all the bounties every single season (minus Revenant as you had 0 ranks gained).

If you mean the '5 Synthweave Templates' I've counted 5 of those a few single Sythweaves going back just a year already.

Yeah the 1 or 5s, remember with them though - they're account wide use; so there's no guarantees that you spent them on your Titan. With that said as above, once Bungie sees this thread - they're going to want clips/screenshots showing you had specific ones in the past unlocked that you no longer have to pass it on.
