Contact your platform's support and have them investigate what's is actually happening. You may also want to check with your bank (or credit card) to see if the transaction was completed or was canceled.

it wasnt purchased via a credit card it was though my psn wallet . the amount was already taken out for the purchase. what this is is probably a accidental message pop up cause i didnt cancel anything AND the purchase was directly through them .
