I had the quest step saying to use the key and I didnt have it so I read something on the forums saying to drop the quest and pick it back up so I did. Now it set me back to the star horse bounty step and still no option to obtain the Strange Key because ive ranked up past the requirement. I have no other way of getting vidmaster and I would very much like to.
