Zur doesn't have a exotic Cipher for me to purchase after I used it to purchase Dead Man's Tale on PlayStation 4
There is not letting me purchase exotic Cipher after I used one. no I do not have one in my inventory all three of my characters does not give me the option to purchase the Exotic Cipher ty for any help
