Hello! I have some inquiries in regards to the raid rewards parka that was being offered for those that completed the Deep Stone Crypt raid within the 1st week of its release. I received the email notification indicating that I am eligible to claim the reward, yet when following the instructions to click on the link, redeem the code and purchase the reward, I am given an error which advises that the link/reward offer is invalid and that another attempt is required. This error has lasted several days and is now advising that I am not eligible for the reward parka as the offer has expired. Is there a bungie rep that would be able to assist in helping me navigate through my concern and perhaps PM me?
