Beyond Light Deluxe Edition Season Pass Issue
I’m having an issue regarding the season pass included in the deluxe edition of beyond light - it seems as though I’m still locked out of those rewards even though I have purchased the deluxe edition that includes them. I have made sure I downloaded and installed everything - I received all other benefits from the deluxe edition but the season pass access

3 RepliesLog into your Microsoft account and find your purchase for the Deluxe Edition. Make sure the status on it shows as Completed. If it shows as Declined or Failed then it didn't fully process and you'll need to talk to Microsoft support about finalizing that purchase.
