Can we have cross console gaming?
Instead of having to deal with the complexity of intergating PC. Why not just make cross console , i.e. PlayStation Xbox? I want to play with my homies on other consoles.😜

Basically for me PS4 [On], Stadia [On] & Pc [Off]. Too many tools exist that allow cheats on Pc. Yes I see you Pc master race clowns, sit down you know it's true that there are plenty of cheaters on Destiny 2 sure you may not have encountered them but they do exist. There's been quite a few players complaining on these very forums about it, Bungie have admitted they try to ban cheaters in multiple TWAB's, you can't say no cheaters on our perfect platform because there are and that's why consoles want to exclude Pc from crossplay.

I am currenly trying to pursuede a xbone owner to restart destiny so he can play with us. He gave up due to no other friends playing it except a bunch of PS4 owners. So he can join us.

Thats entirely up to Sony playing nice as Microsoft has repeatedly stated they want to have cross platform gaming

2 RepliesI think the only people who don't want xPC are PvP folk. Leaving PvP out means Crucible, Trials, and Gambit which is at least half of the game, if not two-thirds (depending on how one looks at it). It would probably have to be all or nothing. Bungie seem pretty contented to stay with nothing. For the record, I've been asking for this for...well, since the beginning of the game when there was no PC component. Our clan was initiated under the premise that xPlay would eventually happen. We're still waiting....

I just would like the option to deselect pc if we’re doing this. Waaaay too many potential cheaters there. Sure Xbox/ps has cheater, but it’s way easier to do it on pc. As long as Console players get the choice to use K&M like we can on Modern Warfare then I'm all for it. Itll help a bunch to get accustomed to using keyboard before I can buy a PC.

It is a totally different game on pc. You can’t even compare the two. When I go to console after playing pc for a while, it takes me hours to re-acclimate myself to console. It’s like wearing brick shoes. So, I’m all for crossplay to run with friends. But I completely understand that pvp players will be salty.

4 RepliesI’m not sure why everyone is so against PC players being involved in cross play. I switched over from Xbox a while ago and haven’t had a bad experience with cheaters. Maybe one or two in months. But other games with a way more competitive pvp such as warzone that does have pc cross play included works just fine. Console players would definitely be competitive against Mouse and keyboard due to the strong aim assist in destiny.

And I'd like to play with my family and friends from pc to consoles. If they have the option to turn if off, then there's no harm. I hope there's an option. But seriously, we are a community together. Act like it regardless of what the game is being played on.
