I agree that PvP needs big fixes, but Bungie can't just simply "listen to the community", because we as a community can't agree on the same things.
I mean there are players out there that think Crucible is 100% fine the way it is...
So which part of the community would Bungie listen to? I'm always a critic, but I imagine it's not easy.

Why not at least group stacks together with other stacks? that would at least stop a major issue of stacks stomping solos until they quite

Implementing a choice between cb or sb doesn't hinder anyone lets people choose an enjoyable gaming experience.

I agree. Halo 5 and MCC do it and it's fantastic. Can't say I've ever had a wildly lopsided match in either of those games' connection based matchmaking either like in Crucible.

Let's start with the point of halving the queue times. CBMM will obviously be the playlist for over average player since they are less likely matched with better players and SBMM will be the playlist for under average player since they are less likely getting matched with better players. Having a playlist "Good player crucible" and "Bad player crucible" is absolutely not what should be the goal for a healthy matchmaking system. You seem not to understand connection based match making it means you face everyone and anyone not less skilled players play less skilled players and average players face average players. There's so reason that letting people chose cb or sb with stuff going away.

I'll show you my point of view: I don't want to make it sound like a weird flex but I'm an over-average crucible player (1.54kd in crucible). So what would I choose? Of course CBMM since it profits me. In SBMM having a decent matchmaking rank makes every control match feel like the 7th Trials match, I'm finally able to play meme loadouts without getting ran over. A friend of mine is a below-average player, he has a 0.72kd. So what would he choose? Of course SBMM since it profits him. And there we already have the split between a "good" and "bad" player playlist and bungie don't want you to know "Alright I'm gonna queue into the bad player playlist". I wish everyone a fantastic pvp experience doesn't matter how good you are. If you bought the game, you should be able to enjoy it the same like everyone else. But putting player in "good" and "bad" player classes is just not the way to go.

And forcing players into one sided matches is at least i'm try to solve a problem so everyone can have fun. Your superiority complex you've made makes you believe everyone not good as you should quit or just keep playing matches for your easy wins. Yea no thanks not intrested in wasting my time just to make you happy.

Yet under cbmm less skilled players are always losing so why bother playing when guaranteed to always lose since with cbmm always facing better players. Letting people have a choice between cb or sb benefits everyone. You purely don't like the idea of losing your easy kills.

I agree somewhat there but a majority of the community agrees on some things but they ignore it. They will never listen to the community, only the big player youtubers, twitch streamers etc. And the streamers and such will only push to bungie what THEY want, not the community.

I do wish Bungie would side with the non streamer playerbase more. Streamers are the most annoying players in any community, but they also have the ability to influence large groups. When they say they want something changed, a good part of their viewers will agree simply out of camaraderie. That's just a sad fact that us regular Joes have to deal with.

Yes but the streamers don't notice certain things because of the fact they play so much, have all the best gear and such. When you're a streamer like gladd lucky and such, and you're the one shitting on people you don't notice how broken stuff is, such us warlock icarus dashing from one side of map to the next in seconds when no other class can't, hell they removed titan skating for that same reason. But the streamers love it and are great with it so it sticks. Jotun, Arbalest and such are rampant right now but none of them are saying anything about it. Bungie sunsetting everything all the good legendaries and such, but exotics left untouched. All they have to do is spend time on this forum and such and it is not hard to find general things we want fixed, nerfed buffed and added. Mhmm but honestly doesn't matter to me much anymore, deleted the game, not buying BL, ll motivation and desire ruined,. for 2 weeks now tried to get summoner, 4 times got to four wins and no losses still had mercy, then loss four in a row to sweats or meta humpers using the above mentioned weapons. And this week, just today went on a 15 game losing streak in trials, for the same reasons. No pvp/trials balance and Trials matchmaking is shit. Trials from D1 will always trump and be better than D2 trials.

I hear ya. I mainly play on PS4 but I have New Light on Xbox, so I'll get to try BL for free because I have Game Pass, but I don't want to buy it on PS4. I really just don't want to spend money on this game anymore. If I do buy BL, it'll be once it goes to like 20 or 30 bucks on PSN.

i have seen nothing impressive from BL so far to make it worth my 50. Vog, nope, can play D1 for that with better guns too, Cosmodrome, same thing, will be just like the moon, same shit with just a slight reskin, doubt we will get plaguelands as well. Hell two of the strikes won't come until the following season. One new planet, new subclasses which right out the gate look like they gonna break pvp even more.. nothing i have seen so far has me jumping to break out the wallet .
