FOMO - Felwinter's Lie
I would love for Bungie to see this so that guardians that missed out on the Lie can still get a chance to get it.
Me and many others took a break from destiny as a whole towards the end of last season, can you really blame us? Trials was dead, cheaters in every playlist, lag, no PvE content, and much more.
As a result, I missed out on getting the only meta energy shotgun that won't be sunset after this season. Maybe they release a new shotgun to farm but I don't want to bank on that.
It's fair to say that it is my fault for not getting the gun but at that point I really didn't feel like touching that game at all.
Please Bungie, give us a chance to get it.

Something similar will make its way eventually, maybe bungie will release it as an iron banner quest in the future. Dont sweat it, if you want a good energy shotgun thats a hidden gem then grind for the seraph shotgun with quickdraw and vorpal, I have no idea why no one is talking about it but I used it yesterday and I was impressed. Its not any better than felwinter but its really good close second and it really gets the job done even on pve

You missed out on a single shotgun that took an hour or less to get and was available for about a month. I don't think it's that big of a deal.

FOMO. Fear of missing out. This applies to feeling you have to play or take part so you don't miss out on anything/something. Not playing because you were bored with the game is not FOMO. You just didn't play and don't have it and that's just MO. Missed out.

It may or may not come back, and if it does, it would be after the current one has been sunsetted. Also, it may not return with the shot package perk if it returns with random rolls, because of the power creep it could bring to PvP.

I didnt play Iron Banner in year 1 of Destiny 1 when Felwinters was a reward. Consequently, I played the entirety of D1 without it. Opportunity comes and goes. You'll be fine.

I wouldn't be surprised if Felwinter's was re-released in a new Iron Banner quest.
