Uh, they do.... Doesn't stop people from leaving or having bad internet. If you want win so bad, why choose to play with people that leave games? I don't like to gamble my glory on randoms or people that leave. When I want to win, I find a team of people I like to play with and don't leave games.

2 RepliesMost of the time people get kicked. In general I’d guess people aren’t looking to voluntarily leave comp because it results in point loss. And as others say a temp ban exists already after you leave like two or three times.
