Personally, its why I avoid LFG. I've raided, got 80% of what a raid rewards, but while I'd like to have everything, I rather not deal with the toxicity.
Like today, I tried LFGing Last Wish for the first time. Saw a post, x3 Riven, plus Queenswalk, so I joined. Really chill guy was hosting, we set up CPs together, talked a bit, while waiting for others... then this one guy gets irked that we're not doing just one Riven. After that, we had a few hiccups with Queenswalk, and he just started losing it... saying we could've done 3 full raids in the last half hour we were trying, that people were idiots, that they don't know how to count, etc.
When it comes to raiding, whether we're an experienced group or not, I'm not gonna be a pessimist (while labeling myself a realist), and start playing the blame game, or insulting people... I'm gonna find out who doesn't know what to do, or is still new, and ask how I can help, or what they don't know. As opposed to just pinning a blame to someone.
That said, anybody who posts "KWTD" or "XX+ clears" is no bueno in my book... unless you're going for a flawless run, in which case you should find other like-minded pessimists.
