Please add a role call to gambit prime
Its so infuriating to have no one kill blockers or steal an invasion from the guy with the full set, of you guys could add a role call to this so people stop doing this that would be great
Edit: I wasn’t meaning like certain people could only play a certain role in a match but more of a pop up that says that this person wants to play this role

19 RepliesI mainly play a Sentry Role in Gambit which was why I went for the full Sentry set, but the perks are quite lackluster--mainly Umbral Strike. I also hate smaller maps for Prime, but I really liked that Mars map.

I think it would be a good idea to be able to choose a preference to queue as that way everybody will be playing the objective. However I will say Bungie keep providing bounties, triumphs and other rewards that can make the player base play counter objective

I find most people follow the roles if someone is wearing the set(outside of collector). That said, if the person wearing an invader set is not getting a single kill, I will 100% steal the portal- unless they have the full perks and can steel motes

2 RepliesI played a match the other day where all my teammates had the full invader sets while I still rocked my junk leveling gear. They all got killed within seconds of stepping through the portal. Fast forward to opposing team having 1/3 left and ours just being summoned I steal the portal and destroy the opposing team 4 times in a row. [spoiler]just because someone wears a set doesn't make them hot shit[/spoiler]

Once again, it’s Bungie’s way of forcing coordinated teams down our throats. If you know how to play, the armor perks are worthless or at best, a minimal improvement. To me, it’s a better visual in armor than the others and since I need a million enhancement cores to keep them at level, they the only ones I use.

Edited by LethiaAlethia: 3/24/2019 10:02:36 AMarmors alone shouldnt make you think someone actually wants to play a dedicated role. im wearing a sentry cloak because it has the perks of my previously used one plus sentry perk, it allows me to play sentry - somewhat, eventually, at times and not because i wanna play pure sentry all day. a role vote system would be better. or enabling team chat by default. this colored armor system feels a little like an excuse for the general lack of communication options in this game.
