Didnt Division 2 come out like 5 days ago? You already quit it? They bosses arent bullet sponges from what Ive come across. If you use your grenades and other accessories available to you, you can break their armor relatively easy. I use a MK17 in the game which does 2.5k damage per shot. I can rapid fire into an elites chest and the armors gone in 1-2 clips, once the armors gone, they as good as dead.
