I logged on to my beloved ol' reliable to find that he was still resting at the abyss watchers bonfire. I visited fire link to see what's going on with that hollow lady, turns out I'm at the part where I'm gonna marry Anri (number 3 wifu). So I continued, I'm shocked at how far I got in only 2 hours btw.
I got into the catacombs and I blinked... Now I was in the valley. Yeah carthus was super easy for some reason, the only thing I remember was a super annoying invader who cut down the bridge and started shooting dragon slayer arrows at me. The guy was an idiot, as soon as I was getting close to him he ran down the ladder and into the smoldering lake... I just shrugged and killed skeleton king number 536. I reloaded the area, found Mr strong and silent and told Anri where he was. I killed the demon king while I was at it and got the massive trebuchet to kill Solari reincarnated as a worm (that's a reference only 5 of your will understand without looking it up).
I got to the valley (I'm not even gonna attempt to spell its name) killed the big crocodile/possum/dog and then found out that the enemies in this place are push overs. I found Anri again and for the first time I didn't kill lady Yol... It hurts. I summoned black hand Gothard and Anri for the pontiff (I don't care, I beat him once already and I ain't above summoning NPCs for story purposes)
Then I got to Anor Londo and killed Mr devourer of traps-I MEAN GODS! I stabbed number 3 wifu in the face and now I'm a married man/monster. I got through the dungeons pretty quickly although not without getting flaming acupuncture by some prison guards who take their job way too seriously. I found the way to arch dragon peak, killed the dragon and now I'm on my way to kill totally not Gwyn's first born son
I'll search for all the rings when I've killed all the bosses

Took me and my elite buddy barely a week to max it... took us 2 days (just because of work) to max Souls 1 remastered. Any tips, just ask, lol. Although it will be tougher with all the dlcs now adding to it.

Log Date: 3 3 3 As I loaded into the Dark Souls I found that I was resting at the bonfire of the Anyss Watchers. I knew I had made ample progress, but just to be sure I was on schedule, I visited Firelink to see how far I was on Yuria’s questline. Thankfully I was right on track, my wedding with Anri was coming along just as planned. I made it through te Catacombs with very little trouble. There was an invader who cowardly tried to snipe me from afar, but I paid him very little mind, and terminated Wolnir with almost no difficulty. As per my mission, I also descended into the Smoldering Lake to report the location and status of Anri’s companion. This was a perfect opportunity to defeat the Demon King who resided in the same area. The defenses of Irithyll were equally lacking. Its bestial guard fell with very little trouble, and the knights inside the coty were much more tame than I remembered. When I reached the Pontiff, I enlisted Anri and some brute named Gotthard to take him down. Some of you might find this shameful, but I disagree. It was simply my best chance at completing the mission at hand. My wedding, of course, would take place in the following area, Anor Londo. I decided there were more pressing matters at hand, and dealt with Aldrich before continuing. Aside from that, the operation went exactly as planned. I suppose I’m now technically “married”, but I don’t hold any commitment to a corpse. Regardless, I have a new mission. The next target on my list is the Nameless King. Rumors on his lineage aside, I have already made my way to the Archdragon Peak, and defeated the Ancient Wyvern protecting it. If all goes well, the operation should be complete by tomorrow. Of course, obtaining all rings is another item on my agenda, but I decided it can wait until all major threats have been terminated. This is Sky, facet 7, signing off.

Sorry, you called it a log, I couldn’t help it.
2 RepliesEdited by SpongyMallard7: 3/3/2019 10:49:39 PMI know the struggles of getting the plat trophy. It took me forever to get Blade of the Dark Moon ranked up. I didn't farm the silver knights, but I did farm for the Wolf's Blood Swordgrass.

Those spinning knights in Irithyll were the most difficult things in the game for me. The only tactic that worked for me was getting the first hit with a great hammer... but bad timing or missing the attack was an instant death. That's something I've always loved about Dark Souls though - each player's experience with the game can be completely different.
