Congratulations. Hopefully everyone is happy and healthy, if a bit sleep deprived. 1. Good move in handling the EV riot. Trying to resist it will just feed it. 2. EV is a distraction. This game’s problems are simple. It’s been retooled to be a competitive FPS and had all of its RPG elements either mashed flat or taken out....and with the expectation that a predominantly pve and rpg fan base would accept the changes. They aren’t and the decision to do that was a huge mistake on the part of the devs. 3. It was a mistake because it destroyed the pve end game for the sake of pvp. Pve players are tired of feeling like we’re constantly getting screwed over to please the pvp community. But the bitter irony here is (tell Weisznewski and break through his denial) that the pvp community dislikes the changes even more than we do. They have to be rolled back. Take a page from the Division’s playbook. Overhaul the game. You can’t co forward with this vision of pvp and with this weapon system. It is the source of 90% of what’s angering this community and will be an anchor around the neck of the franchise if its ignored. Fix it, and no one will care what you do with EV. Don’t fix it, and nothing you do will be good enough to please it because you’ll be putting a band aid on a cancer.

You got caught cheating us on earning Bright Engrams and instead of just saying, yes we did this and remove the scaling system, you also increased the amount of XP we need to earn one to keep the necessity of paying for these dang things. Why are you being so greedy?

Hello. Welcome back. I would like to know why you believe we are your friends? You tell your friends and maybe your colleagues about your new child. you tell the people that have a vested interest in you. I am your customer and I expect to be treated professionally, so when the community manager comes back to work the last thing I want to hear about is your personal life. If it is your job to interact with the community then I hope Bungie has sent you on the appropriate courses as to how to do that. I am sure you heard your share or read your share on good PR, the psychology of group dynamics and just how to write a proper post in proper English. You being back without offering anything is pretty much a dead piece of conversation. What are your personal next steps going to be over the next X days? When and how often will you try to update the community on topic X? Who are those people you need to communicate with "up the chain"? What is your approach going to be? How often will you give them feedback and in what form? When will you address the main concerns of your community with factual comments from Bungie? What is the scope of your input? If you are just a mouth piece, then please get out of the way and allow us to address the people who can actually affect change. I am sure you are a great human being, however if you have not noticed you and your company are in a full on public relations crisis. So the whole "Hey guys" approach is no longer working. Be professional, only come to us when you have something to offer.

Glad you got time to be with your family. Dmg04 has done exactly what you all have done since the beginning, offer nothing worth reading. Keep your platitudes. It's like they didn't bother to do ANY alpha testing and the beta didn't last long enough to give them any real data. DLC: Ugh. Endgame: Value is NOT subjectable when there is none. This isn't like a cow turd that can be used to form a worm farm or even fertilize a garden. This "endgame" is toxic waste which has made much of the community angry as hell. Awful Product: Looks, Sound, and Mechanics ARE there yes. You know what isn't? You know what is pissing off most of us veteran Destiny Players? All the content that was "lost" or "left behind", and a story that LOOKS nice but is utterly without depth. This game's story is over in less than three hours of gameplay. WHY?!?! The Red War should have been a YEAR LONG event at LEAST! That would have made us feel something! Some kind of connection! They could have made us actually think, and attack places in the city, and fight without the light for WAY longer. We could have done something like find Shards of Light, to regain our powers temporarily, OR use them to restore the Traveler or our Ghost! We didn't get to change our characters, and still cannot, and yet a game GENERATIONS old allows it? (PSO) Our Ghosts are all the same crappy voice? How many folks would FREELY record lines and send them in to be used??? And, to top it off, we're cut off from the Russian area, the Moon, Saturn, Mars, the Dreadnought, and the Reef AGAIN? WHY?!??! I say they claim it's ok because if you aren't actively DOING, you are IGNORING. They SAY that they are listening and tell folks what they think we want to hear, but there is NO ACTION.
