The Destiny 2 beta has 2.5/5 stars on Xbox store.
Lmao.
This is what happens when you make a team shot oriented game with a slow TTK, slow supers, and a very boring game.
Bungie please wake up, this beta should show you that your community doesn't want to play a game with a slower TTK than Halo.
They don't want to play a game where you have to team shot every single person you see.
They want to have FUN. Stop taking the fun away.
Edit- We are apparently trending, so maybe someone over at bungie will actually look into this.

I feel like the weapons are pea shooters! They remind of of those old pre Crota's End autos that had high rof but no impact. Now all the guns feel like this. The gunplay isn't here currently. Not as good as the first game. Still having a good time but frustrating.

I have been dishing out my constructive criticism for the past few days, but I still have hope for the full game. There's still a story to explore and worlds to explore, and just maybe the gameplay would be tweaked and/or make sense once we start playing the full game. 50+ cutscenes? An actual story? I can't pass up on that. And if they don't deliver on 9/6, it's only going to be worse for them.

2 RepliesIm fine with a lot of it but right now the way the system is set up for PVP you're crazy to try and play solo. That I'm not a fan of, I don't want to have to feel like I have to get a team of 4 every time I wanna play crucible and thats the way it stands because of how weak the guns are. Countdown/competitive this plays very well but again Bungie went the route of making every single aspect of this game play the same and that means PVE and quickplay essentially have esports settings which is not necessary/fun. There needs to be a strong distinction between PVP and PVE and even with casual PVP vs competitive. We don't need this universal landscape when the game modes are designed for different playstyles.

I haven't ever needed to teamshot. I don't think it's a bad thing I struggle fighting the majority of the enemy team. The main issue I have is that my team is never near me when I'm taking an objective....

I have plenty of clips of me getting double and triple plays by myself. It's not all teamshotting... I however love that kills and assists are counted together for an efficiency rating. That to me would say who's a good team player rather than kdr:

I play solo PvP just for fun and D2 is way better than D1.

I would prefer that the Supers charge a bit faster and the 'nades hit a bit harder but once I got used to the new playstyle I didn't hate it. Hopefully Bungie is taking the community feedback into account. If not, the release reviews will reflect it

D2 pvp is great way more gun skill and less cheesy things killing you( supers, nades) as for the team shots...stop running in by yourself 😪and coordinate your team.

It's a beta!!! God damn you babies need to suck it up. It's a test to see how things work and what they need to change if anything. Who cares if it's slow right now? Go somewhere else with your salt because some of us don't want it.
